Michelle spent most of her career at Merrill Lynch, beginning as a client associate in 1992. She later moved to operations where she was responsible for issuing checks, depositing checks and securities, and the office compliance files for audit purposes. In 2003, Michelle played an integral role in combining two Merrill Lynch offices and was awarded 2004 Employee of the Year for the Arkansas Complex as well as for the Texas Mid-South Region. Once she became fully licensed in 2005, Michelle took on the role of senior registered client associate. Her last seven years at the firm, Michelle returned to operations. During this time, she often was responsible for special projects from management, and was a seasoned back up to all client associates in the branch.
In the first part of 2016, Michelle brought her nearly 25 years of experience to Cabana where she plays an integral role helping lead operations and client service.
Michelle is FINRA Series 7 (General Securities Examination) examination qualified, as well as FINRA Series 66 (Uniformed Combined State Law Examination) examination qualified in the state of Arkansas. Michelle is originally from Michigan, where she earned her B. A. degree in Physical Education, with an emphasis in Sports Medicine, from Saginaw Valley State University in 1991.
Michelle resides in Lowell, with her husband Tom and son Tommy.
