Bio

Chris has been a partner at Cabana Law Group since 2016. He specializes in corporate and real estate transactions, and estate and tax planning. Prior to law school, Chris received his B.B.A. in Management and Operations, with a minor in Finance, with honors, from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin. While at UT, he was a member of the Gamma Beta Phi Honors Society, the Brass Ring Honors Consulting Program, an Honors Scholar, and an intern for the Texas House of Representatives 78th Legislature. Thereafter, Chris graduated cum laude from the SMU Dedman School of Law, where he was a member of the Dean’s honor roll and Chief Counsel of the Child Advocacy Clinic.

Mr. Carns practices in our Plano, Texas office and is also a registered investment advisor representative, FINRA Series 65 examination qualified.
